Easyknit International Holdings Limited (stock code: 01218) has circulated a formal proxy form ahead of a Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled for 22 October 2026. The meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th Floor of Block A, Hong Kong Spinners Building, Phase 6, 481–483 Castle Peak Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
