DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Irene Liu as a Non-Executive Director, effective May, 08 2026.

Liu is a private-equity professional with more than 20 years of experience. She was most recently a Partner at Advent International and previously served as a Principal at Apax Partners, with earlier roles at Morgan Stanley and McKinsey & Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from Fudan University, a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

The company also said that Christian Nothhaft will step down as an Independent Non-Executive Director on May, 08 2026. The board expressed appreciation for his contributions over the past five years.

Chairman Lincoln Pan and Group Chief Executive Scott Price welcomed Liu’s appointment and noted her extensive investment background will support the group’s growth strategy.
