GRCB (HKG: 01551) has issued an announcement regarding a change in its supervisory board leadership. Due to a work adjustment in accordance with organizational arrangements, Ms. Wang Xigui has submitted her resignation to the bank's board of supervisors.

She has stepped down from her roles as the chairperson of the fourth session of the supervisory board and as an employee supervisor. This resignation will take effect from June 18, 2026.

Following her resignation from these positions, Ms. Wang Xigui will continue to serve as a member of the bank's party committee, where she will carry out her related duties.
