BANK OF GANSU (02139) has announced that it recently received an official批复 from the National Financial Regulatory Administration's Gansu Bureau. The regulatory authority has officially approved Mr. Shi Hailong's qualification to serve as the Bank's President.

The Bank's board of directors hereby formally announces that Mr. Shi Hailong has assumed the role of President. His term is effective from January 15, 2026, which is the date of the regulatory approval, and will continue until the expiration of the current term of the Bank's Fourth Board of Directors.
