SEEC Media Group Limited (the 「Company,」 stock code: 205) proposes changing its English name from 「SEEC Media Group Limited」 to 「BFB Health Limited」 and deleting its Chinese name 「財訊傳媒集團有限公司.」 The proposal will be submitted for shareholders’ approval by special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting, and it also requires confirmation by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.

Upon receiving the relevant approvals, the new English name will take effect from the date it is entered into the register maintained by the Registrar of Companies. Existing share certificates bearing the current Company name will remain valid as legal proof of ownership, and no free exchange of certificates is planned. Updated certificates will be issued under the new name thereafter, and subject to further confirmation, the stock short names will also be changed.

A circular with information regarding the proposed name change and notice of the extraordinary general meeting will be dispatched to shareholders. Further announcements are expected on the results of the meeting and the effective date of the new Company name.
