China Construction Bank has released the implementation announcement for its 2025 annual A-share dividend distribution.

The profit distribution will be based on the bank's total share capital of 261,600,381,459 shares prior to the plan's implementation, which includes 21,183,061,579 A-shares. A final cash dividend of RMB 0.2029 per share (before tax) for the 2025 financial year will be distributed to all shareholders.

The total cash dividend payout amounts to approximately RMB 53.079 billion. The portion allocated for A-share holders is roughly RMB 4.298 billion.

The ex-dividend date and the cash dividend payment date are both set for July 13, 2026.
