For the month ended 31 March 2026, Green Fresh Biotechnology Company Limited (Green Fresh Bio) reported no movements in either authorised or issued share capital, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 April 2026.

Authorised capital remained at 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 0.50 billion.

The issued share base was unchanged at 874.12 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

Green Fresh Bio confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

The filing also noted no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible instruments or other share-issuance arrangements during the period.
