Deep Source Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 990) announced the fulfillment of all conditions precedent and completion of the subscription for an aggregate of 515.00 million new shares on 13 February 2026. The transaction resulted in net proceeds of HK$355.30 million.

Following the subscription, the total issued shares of the company increased from 14.29 billion to 14.80 billion. The shareholding of its major shareholder, Mr. You Zhenhua (including his indirect interest), changed from 60.80% to 58.70%. The subscribers’ aggregate shareholding rose to 4.50% from 1.10%, while other public shareholders moved from 38.10% to 36.80%.
