It will allow shareholders to meet the company’s directors and key executives and to receive a brief presentation on the company’s business. The presentation will be made available for download on SGXNet and the company’s website prior to the event.

Shareholders recorded as of Mar, 3 2026, 5:00 p.m. Singapore time—including depositors whose securities accounts are maintained with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited—must register online by 5:00 p.m. on Mar, 30 2026 to attend. Participants are required to present valid evidence of shareholding and confirmation of registration upon entry to the lunch area.

The company noted that no resolutions will be proposed or considered at the forum.
