RemeGen Biotech Shares Rise Over 3% in Late Trading; Telitacicept gMG China Phase III Analysis Results Presented at AANEM Annual Meeting

RemeGen Biotech (09995) shares rose more than 3% in late trading, up 3.01% to HK$77.05 as of press time, with a turnover of HK$219 million.

On the news front, according to RemeGen Biotech's official social media account, on September 29, a latest post-hoc analysis of the China Phase III clinical study of telitacicept for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) was publicly presented as an oral report during the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (MGFA) Scientific Session held alongside the 2026 American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) Annual Meeting.

Recently, Vor Bio announced that the global Phase III clinical study (UPSTREAM MG) of telitacicept for gMG has completed patient enrollment, with topline results for the 24-week primary endpoint expected in the first half of 2027. Meanwhile, Vor Bio plans to initiate its global Phase III registrational clinical study (UPSTREAM oMG) for the treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis (oMG), with the first patient expected to be enrolled and dosed in the first half of 2027.

Domestically, the gMG indication for telitacicept was approved for marketing in May 2025, and the Phase III clinical study for oMG has completed patient enrollment, with data expected to be read out in the first half of 2027.
