Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited disclosed on 2 September 2026 that it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$1.06 and HK$1.09 per share, spending a total of HK$2.15 million. The shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this latest transaction, shares bought back but not yet cancelled since December 2025 have reached 52.95 million, equivalent to approximately 2.79 % of the company’s issued share capital of 1.90 billion shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 31 August 2026.

Despite the ongoing buy-backs, the company’s issued share base remains unchanged at 1.90 billion shares, while treasury shares stand at 12.32 million, bringing total shares on record to 1.91 billion.

The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 191.24 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 11.50 million shares, utilising about 0.60 % of the authorised limit and leaving authority for a further 179.74 million shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 2 October 2026, following the latest buyback.
