Deep News
09/06

As of September 5th, only six days remain before the 18th domestic refined oil price adjustment window of 2026, which is scheduled to open at 24:00 on September 11th. The current pricing cycle has now passed its midpoint, with calculations showing that gasoline and diesel prices are expected to rise by 160 yuan per ton and 155 yuan per ton, respectively.

Converted to fuel station level, the price of 92-octane gasoline is projected to increase by 0.13 yuan per liter, while 95-octane gasoline is expected to rise by 0.14 yuan per liter, and 0-diesel by 0.13 yuan per liter. For a typical household vehicle with a 50-liter fuel tank, this translates to an additional cost of 6.5 to 7 yuan to fill up the tank completely following the adjustment.

Motorists are advised to plan their refueling schedules accordingly, as the upcoming change will slightly impact daily commuting and transportation expenses. The final figures will be officially confirmed once the pricing window closes on the designated date.
