Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) has circulated a reply slip to its H-share investors, confirming arrangements for the Bank’s 2026 second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.

The meeting is set for 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, at ABC’s headquarters located at No. 18B Jianguomen Nei Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing, People’s Republic of China.

Registered H-shareholders intending to participate—either in person or by proxy—must complete and return the reply slip to the Bank’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by Wednesday, 23 September 2026. Submission can be made in person, via mail, or by fax to (852) 2865 0990 at the registrar’s office on the 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

The notice reiterates that shareholders should provide their full names, addresses and the exact number of H shares held when submitting the attendance confirmation.
