• Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. • A circular dated 24 July 2026 outlining proposals for (i) re-election of retiring directors, (ii) re-appointment of the auditor, and (iii) granting of general mandates to issue new shares and repurchase shares. • The accompanying Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM). • The related proxy form.

All materials, in both English and Chinese, can now be accessed on the company’s website (www.easyknit.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected—or are deemed to have elected—electronic communication may obtain printed versions free of charge by submitting a written request to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 1218ecom@easyknit.com. The same channels can be used at any time, with reasonable notice, to change preferences regarding language (English, Chinese or both) or the method of receiving future corporate communications.
