STARPLUS LEGEND (06683) announced the completion of its placement and subscription on November 27, 2025. As all conditions under the placement agreement were satisfied, the parties involved agreed to finalize the transaction on the same day.

A total of 75 million placement shares, representing approximately 7.88% of the company's enlarged issued share capital post-subscription, were successfully allocated to no fewer than six placees at HK$7.20 per share. These placees and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties with no connection to the company or its associates. Following the placement and subscription, none of the placees became a major shareholder of the company.

Additionally, all conditions for the subscription were met, leading to the issuance of 54.498 million subscription shares (about 5.73% of the enlarged share capital) to the vendor under a top-up arrangement on the same day.
