On 4 September 2026, Swire Pacific Limited notified shareholders that both the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now available on the company’s website (www.swirepacific.com) and through Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX; www.hkexnews.hk). The company has simultaneously adopted a policy of disseminating all future corporate communications exclusively via electronic channels, aligning with requirements under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), and Swire Pacific’s Articles of Association.

Effective immediately, shareholders will receive electronic notifications once new documents are posted online. To ensure timely delivery of these alerts, investors are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed request form or by emailing the company’s registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at swirepacific.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Existing e-mail instructions remain valid unless revoked or superseded.

Shareholders who do not supply a working email address must monitor both the company and HKEX websites independently for new releases. Printed copies of corporate communications, including the newly issued Interim Report 2026, remain available free of charge upon written request. Such requests are valid until either revoked, superseded, or until publication of the next annual report, whichever occurs first.

The company reaffirmed that “actionable” corporate communications—materials requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be dispatched individually in hard copy, irrespective of electronic preferences.
