In June of this year, the group signed an agreement with China Power Construction Group for the outright purchase of this 12-story building. This move makes PDD Holdings Inc one of the earlier internet companies in Xiong'an to independently acquire its own dedicated office tower. The facility is fully equipped with comprehensive amenities, including a professional conference center, a training base for talent development, as well as dedicated spaces such as nursing rooms, recreational areas, and a staff cafeteria, ensuring both work efficiency and a positive daily experience for employees.
The office is situated adjacent to the Xiong'an Outlets, with a concentration of leisure and shopping facilities nearby. This forms a convenient 15-minute living circle, effectively bridging work commitments with daily life and leisure activities.
Accelerated Recruitment Efforts
With the new building now operational, PDD Holdings Inc is intensifying its talent recruitment efforts in Xiong'an. As of July 7th, the employee count at the Xiong'an company has surpassed 1,200. A new phase of recruitment channels is now open, with the group's dedicated recruitment team stationed in Xiong'an to provide a streamlined process covering applications, onboarding, and pre-job training. In the coming year, the company plans to create nearly 5,000 high-quality job opportunities in Xiong'an.
