Coolpad Group (02369) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of approximately HK$175 million, representing a 30.8% decrease year-over-year. The net loss attributable to company shareholders stood at HK$80.298 million, which narrowed by 11% compared to the same period last year. Basic and diluted loss per share was HK$0.1963.
According to the announcement, the revenue decline was primarily attributed to strategic adjustments implemented by the company to enhance operational efficiency in response to intense competition in the smartphone market. The company proactively terminated certain loss-making businesses and products with negative gross margins.
