September 8th - Hong Kong aviation stocks collectively advanced, with Air China Limited and China Aircraft Leasing gaining over 3%, China Southern Airlines rising over 2%, and China Eastern Airlines climbing over 1%.

According to market analysis, summer aviation passenger traffic increased by 3.6%, with BDTI showing month-over-month growth. In the medium term, supply growth is expected to slow due to capacity constraints from aircraft manufacturers and upstream component suppliers. Supply-demand optimization will drive ticket price improvements, and airline profit elasticity will be released. In the short term, the anti-involution trend continues, with domestic bare ticket prices turning positive year-over-year. The aviation sector is recommended, particularly Air China Limited and China Southern Airlines.

Additionally, Russian President Putin mentioned at the Eastern Economic Forum plenary session that China will pilot a visa-free policy for Russian citizens. As a reciprocal friendly gesture, Russia will implement corresponding visa-free policies for Chinese citizens. OTA platform data shows that flight search volumes to destinations like Moscow and St. Petersburg have doubled compared to the same period last week. Among these, Beijing to Moscow flight searches are the highest, with an average tax-inclusive price of 1,482 yuan.
