The board approved modifying the initial grant, reducing the number of eligible participants to 189 and the restricted shares to 36.04 million.

Following two equity distributions after the plan's disclosure, the grant price was adjusted from CNY 3.25 per share to CNY 2.95 per share. The adjusted initial grant date was set for December 2, 2025, with 36.04 million restricted shares awarded at CNY 2.95 per share to the 189 participants.

Additionally, the board approved granting 1.36 million reserved restricted shares (first batch) to three eligible participants at CNY 3.56 per share, also effective December 2, 2025.
