Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Co., Ltd. announced on 28 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese. The document can be accessed online via the company’s website (www.cksd.com) or obtained in hard-copy form upon request.

Shareholders who currently rely on the web version—or who have received the report in only one language—may request printed copies in English, Chinese, or both by completing Part A of the enclosed Request Slip and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the postage-paid envelope provided.

The company also reminded investors that they may change their preferred language and method of receiving future corporate communications at any time. To do so, shareholders should complete Part B of the Request Slip and send it to the share registrar. Options include receiving printed English, printed Chinese, both languages, or relying on the online version with email notifications.

“Corporate Communication” covers documents such as annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms. Both language versions of all such materials remain available free of charge upon request.
