Anhui Expressway Company Limited has confirmed a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.66 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Following an exchange-rate adjustment, shareholders will receive HKD 0.7589 per share, based on a rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1498.

Key timetable details are as follows. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 30 June 2026. The share register will close from 3 July to 8 July 2026, with 3 July 2026 set as the record date. Dividend payment is scheduled for 31 July 2026.

Tax treatment remains unchanged. Dividends distributed to non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% PRC enterprise income tax withholding. For mainland investors accessing H shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, individual investors and securities investment funds will face a 20% individual income tax withholding. Domestic enterprise investors using the Stock Connect channels must self-declare and pay relevant taxes; withholding does not apply.
