Frasers Hospitality Trust (ACV) announced on Sep, 24 2025 that the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has approved the withdrawal of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust’s authorisation as a collective investment scheme, effective Oct, 7 2025.

The regulator has also granted the REIT’s manager an exemption, effective Oct, 8 2025, from the Securities and Futures Act requirement to wind up the trust following the withdrawal of its authorisation.

These approvals pave the way for the stapled security’s planned delisting from the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Oct, 6 2025 under a previously announced privatisation scheme. The manager must still comply with any future offer requirements under Singapore securities law, including prospectus and authorisation rules, unless otherwise exempted.
