Reported profit stood at HK$39.743 million, down 16.2% compared to the same period last year. Underlying recurring profit was HK$45.294 million, declining by 26.6% year-on-year.

Reported earnings per share reached HK$0.128. The company proposed an interim dividend of HK$0.03 per share along with a special interim dividend of HK$0.05 per share.

The 16.2% decrease in reported profit was primarily attributed to lower non-cash fair value losses on investment properties recorded in the first half of 2025.
