CHINA OIL & GAS: Share Capital Stable at 5.64 Billion Shares in June; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

China Oil & Gas Group Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026.

The authorised share capital stood unchanged at 125 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 1.25 billion. Issued shares remained at 5.64 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares, indicating no share repurchases or cancellations during the period.

The public float requirement under Main Board Rule 13.32B—set at a minimum 25% of issued shares—was met as of 30 June 2026.

Under the 2023 New Share Option Scheme and New Share Award Scheme, the company is permitted to issue up to 563.68 million additional shares; however, no options or awards were outstanding or exercised during the month, and no funds were raised through option exercises.

There were no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute equity, underscoring a stable capital base for the reporting period.
