UOB-Backed Buyout of Alpha Integrated REIT Closes with 53.47% Control

United Overseas Bank Limited (U11), acting as financial adviser to Mindarie Investment Pte. Ltd., announced that the mandatory unconditional cash offer for all remaining units in Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust (AI-REIT) closed at 5:30 p.m. Singapore time on Feb, 24 2026.

The offer drew valid acceptances for about 137.2 million units, representing 12.2% of AI-REIT’s 1.125 billion issued units.

Together with the 464.3 million units (41.27%) already owned or controlled before the offer, Mindarie Investment and its concert parties will hold roughly 601.5 million units, equivalent to 53.47% of the trust.

The offer is now closed and any acceptances submitted after the deadline will be rejected, United Overseas Bank said.
