Shareholders are urged to submit a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services—to receive timely email notifications whenever new documents are published.

Key procedural points: • If an email address is not provided, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must self-monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites. • In the absence of an email address, “Actionable Corporate Communications” (documents requiring shareholder instructions) will continue to be distributed in printed form. • Printed copies of any corporate communication can be requested free of charge via email or postal request to the share registrar. • A standing request for printed copies remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.
