Tencent QQ has officially announced the return of its "QQ Pet" feature, which has been upgraded with a new 3D fluffy appearance.

The company stated that the pet-raising gameplay has been fully enhanced. The QQ Pet now features a 3D, fluffy design while retaining classic activities such as feeding, bathing, and working. Powered by Tencent's Hy3 large model, the pet can also proactively respond to users, offering a variety of selectable appearances and multiple personality traits.

Tencent QQ further noted that the 3D pets support multi-screen interaction and can appear in more areas of the QQ interface, including chat lists and chat windows. Additionally, the new version allows users to visit friends' pets, share interactions, feed and bathe them, and maintain a "spark" streak through these engagements.
