Jitai Technology officially launched its independently developed NanoForge, the world's first AI nanodelivery platform, this afternoon on September 16th.
According to the introduction, based on quantum chemistry and molecular dynamics simulation, NanoForge combines the company's proprietary high-throughput wet laboratory and screening platform, integrating Jitai Technology's independently developed novel synthetic lipid language model and generation algorithms, nanomaterial screening and research artificial intelligence agents, and the world's largest scale ten-million-level LNP lipid library. The platform can achieve a closed-loop process from molecular generation, property prediction, AI-guided dry-wet experimental iteration, and lipid formulation design and optimization, to final dosage form determination. Through continuous learning and evolution of the platform, it continuously expands the data barriers of nanodelivery.
Additionally, based on NanoForge, Jitai Technology has created three core solutions: AiLNP (AI nucleic acid delivery system design platform), AiRNA (AI mRNA sequence design platform), and AiTEM (AI small molecule formulation design platform).
To date, Jitai Technology possesses more than 10 million lipid structures, 100,000 data points available for model training, and has achieved breakthrough targeted delivery of identified LNPs to 8 organs or tissues in the human body including liver, lung, immune organs, heart, muscle, tumors, central nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract. The company has obtained more than 100 authorized and filed patent applications in total.
