Zylox-Tonbridge Medical repurchases 17,500 H shares for HK$0.34 million, bringing total buy-backs to 3.25 million under 2026 mandate

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. reported that it bought back 17,500 H shares on 6 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HK$19.52 per share, spending HK$0.34 million in total.

The repurchase reduced the company’s outstanding issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 323.98 million to 323.96 million, a marginal contraction of 0.0053%. The acquired stock has been retained as treasury shares, lifting the treasury share balance to 12.39 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 336.35 million.

Since receiving shareholder approval on 13 May 2026 for a mandate covering up to 32.72 million shares, Zylox-Tonbridge Medical has repurchased 3.25 million shares, representing 9.93% of the authorised limit and 0.97% of the issued share base at mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 5 August 2026 following this latest buy-back.
