Cloudbreak Pharma Inc. (HKEX: 02592, “Cloudbreak-B”) has rescheduled its forthcoming Annual General Meeting, originally set for 29 May 2026, to 26 June 2026.

The Board cited the need for additional preparation time as the sole reason for the postponement. All other information contained in the company’s Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 remains unchanged.

As of 20 May 2026, the Board comprises nine directors: • Executive Directors: Dr. Ni Jinsong (Chairman and CEO), Mr. Dinh Son Van, Dr. Yang Rong • Non-Executive Directors: Dr. Li Jun Zhi, Mr. Cao Xu, Mr. Xia Zhidong • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Nie Sijiang, Mr. Ma Yiu Ho Peter, Mr. Lee Alex Jao Jang

No further amendments to corporate schedules or disclosures were announced.
