GUANGNAN (HOLD) (01203) announced changes to its board of directors effective from October 30, 2025: (1) Executive Director Yang Zhe has been reassigned from General Manager to Vice Chairman of the board. He will continue serving as Acting Chairman of the board and Acting Chairman of the Nomination Committee; (2) Long Wenfang has been appointed as Executive Director and General Manager of the company; and (3) Zhou Hongji has resigned as Executive Director due to work adjustments. He will retain his positions as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
