PSE lifts trading suspension on Del Monte Pacific

Del Monte Pacific Limited announced that the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) lifted the suspension of trading in the company’s shares effective 10:30 a.m. on Sep, 22 2025.

The PSE had halted trading on Sep, 16 2025 after the company missed the Sep, 15 2025 deadline for filing its Annual Report. Although the report was submitted on Sep, 17 2025, the suspension remained in place because the audited financial statements carried an audit disclaimer.

Del Monte Pacific later filed a waiver request explaining the circumstances behind the disclaimer, and the PSE approved the request, allowing trading to resume.

The company referred investors to its announcements dated Sep, 17–18 2025 and Sep, 22 2025 for additional information.
