KWOON CHUNG BUS (00306) announced that Mr. Chen Binghuan (Silver Bauhinia Star, Justice of the Peace) will not seek re-election as an independent non-executive director at the annual general meeting and will retire upon conclusion of the annual general meeting. Following Mr. Chen's retirement, he will no longer serve as chairman of the company's audit committee, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and member of the company's nomination committee. Upon Mr. Chen's retirement, Mr. Chen Fanggang has been appointed as chairman of the audit committee, while Mr. Fang Wenjie has been appointed as chairman of the remuneration committee, with both appointments taking effect upon conclusion of the annual general meeting.
