HAO TIAN INTL (01341) announced that all conditions of the subscription agreement were fulfilled on October 17, 2025, and the completion was finalized on October 22, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement. Under the agreement, PCL was allotted and issued subscription shares, which account for approximately 29.82% of the total enlarged shares of PCL post-subscription, while the company issued 1.6 billion consideration shares to PCL, representing about 14.75% of the total enlarged shares post-issuance of consideration shares.
