Paysafe Ltd (PSFE) shares plummeted more than 6% in pre-market trading on Tuesday after the company reported weaker-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings and provided lackluster guidance for 2025.
For the fourth quarter, Paysafe posted adjusted earnings of $0.48 per diluted share, well below analysts' consensus estimate of $0.73. Revenue grew slightly to $420.1 million from the prior year, but missed the $427.3 million expected by Wall Street.
Looking ahead, the company forecast full-year 2025 adjusted earnings in the range of $2.21 to $2.51 per share on revenue of $1.71 billion to $1.73 billion. These projections fell short of analysts' expectations for earnings of $2.98 per share on $1.79 billion in revenue.
