Elephant Holdings Group Limited (Stock Code: 8635) disclosed a further disposal of shares by its controlling shareholder, Ever Persist, which is wholly owned by Executive Director Ms. Di Xiaoguang. According to the announcement, Ever Persist disposed of a total of 115,488,000 shares between 24 September 2025 and 27 October 2025 through on-market transactions.

Before the transaction, Ever Persist held 283,488,000 shares, accounting for approximately 59.06% of the Company’s issued shares. Following the disposal, Ever Persist holds 168,000,000 shares, representing 35% of the issued shares, and remains the controlling shareholder of the Company under the GEM Listing Rules.

The Company does not expect any adverse impact on the Group’s operations as a result of this disposal, and advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
