Minth Group Limited disclosed a minor expansion of its share capital following the exercise of employee share options under the 31 May 2022 share option scheme.

A total of 394,700 new ordinary shares—388,700 exercised by non-director participants and 6,000 by a director—were allotted on 20 May 2026 at HKD 14.30 per share, generating approximately HKD 5.65 million in cash proceeds.

The issuance lifted Minth Group’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) from 1.17184 billion to 1.17224 billion, representing a 0.03% increase. Treasury shares remained unchanged at 11.13 million, keeping the company’s overall issued share capital (including treasury stock) at 1.18337 billion shares.

No share repurchases, redemptions, or on-market sales of treasury shares were reported during the period.
