Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 22 July 2026 it completed the conversion and listing of 35.26 million domestic unlisted shares as H shares.

• H-share increase: The Hong Kong-listed H-share count rose from 59.43 million to 94.68 million, representing a 59.33% expansion.

• Domestic share reduction: Domestic unlisted shares fell from 45.78 million to 10.52 million, a 77.02% decrease.

• Total share capital: The overall issued share base remains unchanged at 105.20 million shares.

The board confirmed that all regulatory, listing-rule and legal requirements for the conversion were satisfied and that no treasury share movements, repurchases or cancellations occurred in the period.
