The volume-weighted average purchase price was HK$14.34 per share, with the day’s trades executed between HK$14.18 and HK$14.83.

The buyback was conducted under the mandate approved on 3 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 138.31 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 19.62 million shares, equivalent to 1.42 % of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Samsonite is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 3 July 2026.
