Apex Ace Holding Limited announced that CCTH CPA Limited (“CCTH”) was appointed as the new auditors on 27 November 2025 to fill the vacancy following the resignation of Graham H. Y. Chan & Co. CCTH will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.

The Audit Committee considered audit proposals, relevant experience, independence, market reputation, and technical competence prior to making the recommendation. The committee also evaluated CCTH’s resources, capabilities, and compliance with the guidance on changing auditors. Based on these factors, the appointment was deemed suitable and in the interest of shareholders.
