The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration (Intellectual Property Office), in collaboration with the Regional Department of Justice and the Regional Data Bureau, has officially launched the Guangxi intellectual property protection "one-stop" service on the government service platform, providing efficient and convenient government services for innovation entities.

The Guangxi intellectual property protection "one-stop" service integrates four categories of high-frequency matters into a "single-window processing" system, including intellectual property support fund applications, intellectual property rights protection assistance applications, geographical indication special mark usage applications, and intellectual property dispute arbitration applications, completely resolving the previous difficulties of "multiple trips and repeated visits."

Through mechanisms such as multi-department coordinated handling, parallel approval of matters, and material reuse, the processing time for matters has been reduced by an average of over 50%, and required materials have been decreased by 30%, significantly lowering the time and other administrative costs for innovation entities.

To meet the diverse service needs of various business entities, the three departments have established comprehensive online and offline processing channels. Online, applicants can complete the entire process by logging into the Guangxi Government Service Integration Platform official website or the "Zhiguitong" APP, achieving "zero errands." Offline, business entities can visit the intellectual property service window at the Autonomous Region Government Service Center, where staff provide business consultation, material guidance, and agency assistance services.
