Minth Group Limited has updated its dividend announcement, confirming a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.764 per share for the twelve-month period ended 31 December 2025. The revision reflects a change in the date of the annual general meeting (AGM) and the related register-closure period.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the rescheduled AGM on 30 June 2026. Upon approval, payment will be made in Hong Kong dollars on 21 July 2026.
