Auto Italia Holdings released its unaudited 1H 2026 results, showing a marked turnaround with profit attributable to shareholders of HK$138.06 million versus HK$10.10 million a year earlier. The swing was driven mainly by a HK$169.06 million unrealised fair-value gain on contingent consideration receivables linked to the 2024 acquisition of Hudson Holding Limited.

Operating expenses climbed 6.2% to HK$18.57 million, reflecting higher freight and parts costs. Finance costs increased 21.9% to HK$20.97 million, mainly from effective interest on newly issued HK$98.00 million 3.0% convertible bonds and imputed interest on promissory notes.
Cash and cash equivalents (including pledged deposits) rose to HK$58.27 million at 30 June 2026 (31 Dec 2025: HK$14.17 million). Total debt—comprising other borrowings, shareholder and related-party loans, promissory notes and convertible bonds—fell to HK$471.60 million (31 Dec 2025: HK$502.60 million).
