Coastal Greenland Limited announced that executive director Ms. Tong Xinhua resigned on 22 May 2026 to attend to family commitments. Her departure also ends her roles as chair of the Board’s investment committee and membership on both the remuneration and nomination committees. Ms. Tong confirmed she holds no claims against the company, has no disagreement with the Board, and is unaware of matters requiring shareholder attention.

The resignation leaves Coastal Greenland with an all-male Board and nomination committee, contravening HKEX Listing Rule 13.92(2) and Corporate Governance Code provision B.3.5, which mandate at least one female director on the Board and nomination committee. The company plans to appoint a suitable female director within three months to restore compliance.

Following the change, the Board is composed of: • Executive directors: Jiang Ming (Chairman) and Lin Chen Hsin • Non-executive directors: Qiu Guizhong and Zhou Xiya • Independent non-executive directors: Wong Kai Cheong, Yang Jiangang and Huang Xihua

Coastal Greenland stated it will continue to apply its diversity policy—covering gender, age, background, skills, and experience—when identifying a new candidate and will issue further announcements as appropriate.
