FY FINANCIAL (ASX: 08452) has issued an announcement regarding changes to its company secretariat and authorized representatives.

Mr. Wong Wai Chiu has resigned from his positions as Joint Company Secretary, the company's authorized representative under the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the agent for service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) (Process Agent). His resignation will take effect from June 30, 2026.

Following Mr. Wong's resignation, Ms. Gong Xiaoting will continue as the company's sole Company Secretary and has been appointed as the authorized representative. Concurrently, Mr. Zheng Chengjie will be appointed as the Process Agent. Both appointments will become effective on June 30, 2026.
