On March 31, SINOFERT (00297.HK) and Yunnan Xiangfeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. signed an annual strategic cooperation agreement. Zhang Xuegong, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of SINOFERT, and Yang Zongxiang, Founder and Honorary Chairman of Xiangfeng Group, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing. Wang Fang, Party Committee Member and Vice President of SINOFERT, and Yang Lifen, General Manager of Xiangfeng Group, also participated in the event. The agreement stipulates an annual cooperation volume of 250,000 tons. This marks a new phase of comprehensive, in-depth, and high-quality development in the strategic partnership between the two parties, injecting strong momentum into the assurance of agricultural supply.

Prior to the signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement, Zhang Xuegong and his delegation visited Xiangfeng Group’s Jinmai plant and corporate culture exhibition hall, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the group’s production capacity layout, operational management, green development initiatives, and corporate culture building. The two sides held discussions on topics such as deepening strategic cooperation, strengthening supply and price stability, and promoting industrial upgrading.

Yang Zongxiang extended a warm welcome to Zhang Xuegong and his delegation, expressing gratitude for SINOFERT’s long-standing support and trust.
