Riverine China (01417) announced that, in accordance with the revised Corporate Governance Code under Appendix C1 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, which took effect on July 1, 2025, Executive Director Wang Hui has been appointed as a member of the board's Nomination Committee. She will replace Executive Director Fu Qichang, with the appointment effective from April 28, 2026.
