TalkMed Group To Delist From SGX Following Completion Of Privatisation

TalkMed Group Limited announced that it will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Sep, 15 2025, after the successful completion of a scheme of arrangement to privatise the company.

The scheme, conducted under Section 210 of the Companies Act 1967, enabled TW Troy Limited to acquire all issued and fully-paid shares of TalkMed Group. The arrangement became effective on Sep, 2 2025, and payment of the scheme consideration was completed on Sep, 11 2025.

TalkMed Group’s board thanked shareholders for their support since the company’s listing on Jan, 30 2014, and confirmed that the directors accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information disclosed.
