Weiye Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Longsheng, aged 36, as an executive director, effective 17 July 2026. The company’s board formalised the appointment through a one-year service contract, under which Mr. Wang will receive an annual director’s remuneration of HKD 0.24 million. He will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the company’s constitution and Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules.

Mr. Wang brings experience in corporate governance, operational decision-making and cross-industry management. His recent positions include: • General Manager and Head of the Financial Investment Department at Guangzhou Moshutong Trading Co., Ltd. since August 2023 • Chairman and Legal Representative of Jinan Dingsheng Shunze Corporate Operation Management Co., Ltd. since June 2024 • General Manager roles at Jinan Qiaosheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (2015–2019) and Shandong Jiwanjia E-commerce Co., Ltd. (2019–2024)

He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Shandong Sport University (2011). As of the announcement date, Mr. Wang has no interests in Weiye Holdings’ shares, no prior roles within the group, no directorships in other listed companies over the past three years, and no relationships with any directors, senior management or substantial shareholders.

The board, currently comprising Executive Chairman Mr. Chen Zhiyong, Mr. Wang Longsheng, and three independent non-executive directors, welcomed Mr. Wang to its ranks.
